Why Punjab first
A network should start where its team can drive to.
Raydiac’s founders, engineers and clinical lead are in Chandigarh. Every site in Punjab is within a few hours by road, which means the first cohort gets something a remote-only network cannot offer: an engineer who installs the gateway in person, a team on call for the first night of cover, and people who can be at the site the next morning if something is wrong.
It also means the panel is built for the region. Referring physicians in Punjab often want to speak to the radiologist in Punjabi or Hindi, and families want a finding explained in the language they use. A conversation about your scanners and your hours
Which CT or MRI you run, roughly how many studies a month, whether you have a radiologist and when they are not available. From this Raydiac proposes a starting configuration, typically nights and weekends, and shares the rate card with your study mix priced line by line.
Agreement and paperwork
A monthly agreement with no lock-in, a data processing agreement naming Raydiac as processor, the AERB Licence for Operation number for each CT scanner, and the name and phone number of the coordinator who takes critical-result calls.
The site visit
A Raydiac engineer connects the edge gateway to your network, adds it as a DICOM destination on the scanner or PACS, sends a test study end to end and confirms it arrives pseudonymised on the worklist. Your coordinator is trained on the portal in the same visit.
The first night
Raydiac’s team is on call for the first night of cover. Your coordinator sets priorities, the roster reads, and the first signed reports arrive in your portal and on WhatsApp or email to the people you named.
The first month
Service-level compliance and any discrepancies are reviewed with you after the first month, and the configuration is adjusted: more hours, day overflow, a different cut-off, a preferred radiologist. Most sites extend cover at this point rather than reduce it.

Panel radiologists are independent contractors, never employees: you choose the modalities you read and the shifts you take, the engine routes studies to you from sites you are credentialed for, and you read the full study in a browser viewer, dictate, sign and receive a monthly statement.
Local radiologists matter to local sites. A referring physician in Ludhiana or Bathinda who can phone the reporting radiologist and speak Punjabi is more likely to send the next study with a proper history, and the report is more likely to be acted on.
