Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026

What this means in plain language: Diagnostic centers pay for marketplace cases only when they accept the completed report. If a report is not submitted or not accepted, the reserved amount is returned to your credit balance. Once you accept a report, payment is final.

1. How Payments Work on Raydiac

Raydiac operates a prepaid credit system for diagnostic centers. When you post a marketplace case, the case fee is reserved from your credit balance — not charged. The fee is only charged (released to the radiologist) when you accept the completed report.

This means you never pay for a report you have not accepted.

2. Credit Top-up Refunds

Prepaid credit added to your Raydiac account is non-refundable unless:

3. Case Fees — Reserved Amount

If a case you posted is:

4. Accepted Reports — No Refunds

Once you accept a completed report, the payment is final and non-refundable. By accepting the report you confirm that you have reviewed it and are satisfied with it.

If you have a clinical query about the report before acceptance, use the 2-hour clarification window to raise it with the radiologist before pressing accept.

5. Disputed Reports

If you believe a submitted report is materially deficient and raise a dispute within the 2-hour clarification window, Raydiac will hold payment while the parties communicate. Raydiac may, at its discretion, mediate the dispute. Raydiac's decision on disputed cases is final.

Refunds for disputed reports are issued to your Raydiac credit balance, not to the original payment method.

6. GST

All marketplace transaction fees include applicable GST. GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated for each completed transaction. These are available for download from your center dashboard at any time.
