Before you write

Who do I contact for what?
A hospital or diagnostic centre that wants reporting cover should use the request access form, which collects scanner, volume and hours up front. A radiologist who wants to read for Raydiac should create an account on the sign-up page, where credentials are uploaded for verification. Everything else, including partnerships, press, invoices, data protection requests and general questions, comes through this page or the email address above.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within two working days, from a named member of the team rather than a ticket queue. Messages sent through this form and to the contact email are read on Indian working days. Anything about a live site, such as a study that has not come back on time, should go to the phone number above; that line is answered during Indian working hours and reaches the on-call founder outside them.
Press and partnerships
Journalists and analysts writing about radiology, teleradiology or the radiologist shortage in India can reach the founders through this form with Press as the subject; a practising radiologist and the engineering lead are both available for comment. Hospital groups, PACS and RIS vendors, scanner distributors and medical colleges interested in working with Raydiac should choose Partnership.
