Acceptable Use Policy

What this means in plain language: Raydiac is a professional platform for doctors and diagnostic centers. Use it professionally. Do not post patient-identifiable data. Do not use it for patient consultations. Do not misrepresent your credentials. Do not spam or harass other users.
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes how you may and may not use the Raydiac Platform. It applies to all users — radiologists and diagnostic centers. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Raydiac Platform to:
- Post anonymised clinical cases for professional peer consultation
- Seek and provide second opinions on radiology cases with verified peers
- Build a personal teaching file of clinical cases
- Use and contribute to the community report template library
- Post and accept paid clinical cases through the marketplace
- Communicate professionally with other verified platform users
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Clinical and professional prohibitions
You must not:
- Post any case containing patient-identifiable information (name, date of birth, patient ID, contact details, or any other identifying information)
- Use the Platform for direct patient consultations of any kind
- Represent clinical opinions received through the Platform as formal medical reports to patients
- Impersonate another registered medical practitioner
- Use false or misleading credentials to register or gain platform access
- Practise radiology on the Platform if your NMC registration has lapsed, been suspended, or revoked
3.2 Content prohibitions
You must not post:
- Defamatory, abusive, or harassing content directed at any other user
- Content that violates the professional standards expected of a registered medical practitioner under the NMC Code of Medical Ethics
- Advertising, promotional material, or sponsored content of any kind
- Content that promotes specific pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or commercial services
- Misinformation or knowingly inaccurate clinical content
- Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
3.3 Technical prohibitions
You must not:
- Attempt to circumvent the Platform's security, authentication, or access controls
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means
- Use the Platform in any way that degrades its performance or availability for other users
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's code or functionality
3.4 Commercial prohibitions
You must not:
- Arrange direct payment for marketplace cases outside the Platform's payment system
- Solicit other users to transact outside the Platform to avoid platform fees
- Use the Platform to recruit radiologists for employment or contracting arrangements outside the Platform without Raydiac's written consent
4. Content Moderation
Raydiac does not pre-moderate content posted on the community feed. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates this AUP. Users can report content that they believe violates this policy using the report function on any case or comment.
Raydiac will respond to content removal requests and complaints in accordance with our obligations under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021.

5. Consequences of Violation
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Raydiac may:
- Issue a warning
- Remove the offending content
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account
- Report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities (including the NMC) where we believe a breach of professional medical ethics has occurred
We will use our judgement when determining the appropriate response to a violation.
