All clinical content on Raydiac — including case discussions, Quick Consult threads, community feed posts, and marketplace reports — is created by and intended for registered medical practitioners only.

Raydiac is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice.

2. Professional Peer Exchange

Clinical opinions and discussions shared on the Raydiac community feed and through the Quick Consult feature are professional peer exchanges between registered, NMC-verified radiologists. They represent the opinion of one qualified professional shared with another qualified professional in the context of clinical case discussion.

These exchanges:

• Do not constitute a formal radiology report
• Do not create a doctor-patient relationship between the commenting radiologist and any patient
• Are not a substitute for a complete clinical evaluation
• Should be treated as one professional perspective to be integrated with the receiving radiologist's own clinical judgement, the full clinical history, and all available investigations

3. Marketplace Reports

Reports produced through the Raydiac marketplace are formal radiology reports produced by NMC-verified radiologists for diagnostic centers and hospitals. These reports are intended for use by the requesting center's clinical team in the context of their overall patient management.

These reports:

• Are produced by independent radiologists, not by Raydiac
• Represent the clinical judgement of the individual reporting radiologist
• Should be interpreted in the context of the full clinical picture by the treating clinical team
• Are not infallible — radiology is a complex clinical discipline and all reports should be reviewed by the ordering clinician

Raydiac does not independently verify the clinical accuracy of marketplace reports. Clinical responsibility for the report rests with the reporting radiologist.

4. No Patient Use

Raydiac is not for patients. If you are a patient seeking information about your own medical condition or imaging results:

• Please speak directly with your treating doctor
• Do not attempt to register or use this platform — it is restricted to licensed medical professionals
• Do not treat any content on this platform as advice applicable to your personal situation

5. Emergency Situations

If you or someone near you is experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 (India) or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use Raydiac to seek emergency medical advice.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Raydiac's doctor-to-doctor consultation model is structured in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. All consultations on the platform are professional peer consultations between registered practitioners, as distinct from telemedicine consultations between a doctor and a patient.
