Our thinking

Why we charge this way

Most SaaS platforms charge monthly fees whether you use them or not. We think that is wrong for a clinical platform. Radiologists should be able to join, build their network, and use every community tool completely free — forever. They built their expertise over years of training. The platform should not charge them for the privilege of using it.

Diagnostic centers should pay only when they receive value — a completed, accepted report from a verified subspecialist. Not for access. Not for posting. Not for browsing. The platform earns a small commission on each completed case. Everyone's incentives are aligned: better reports, faster turnaround, fair pay.

The result: Radiologists are incentivised to do excellent work. Centers are incentivised to provide complete clinical context. The platform is incentivised to facilitate the best match. Nobody pays for nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Is Raydiac really free for radiologists?

Yes. All community features — feed, Quick Consult, Teaching File, Templates, Morning Rounds — are completely free for every NMC-verified radiologist. There are no premium tiers, no feature gates, no trial periods. If you are a verified radiologist, everything is yours.

How does the marketplace commission work?

When a diagnostic center posts a case and a radiologist submits a report that the center accepts, the platform takes a small commission (10–15%) from the case fee. The radiologist receives 85–90% directly to their UPI. The exact commission rate will be published before marketplace launch.

Are there any hidden fees for diagnostic centers?

No. There are no monthly fees, no subscription charges, no setup costs. You pay only when you accept a completed report. If you post a case and no radiologist accepts it, or if you are not satisfied with the report, you pay nothing.

How are case fees determined?

Case fees vary by modality, study complexity, and urgency tier (Routine, Urgent, STAT). STAT cases command 2–3x the base rate. Exact fee structures are being finalised with our early access cohort and will be published before marketplace launch.

When will exact pricing be available?

We are currently in invite-only access, finalising the pricing model with real radiologists and diagnostic centers. Exact per-case fees will be published before the marketplace opens to general access. Early access users will help shape the pricing.
